2012 CSJ Retreat

In partnership with the Community of St. John, our first retreat was held at the Onion Creek Ranch in Buda, TX. Fr. Nathan Cromly was the Spiritual Director. 200 attendees mostly camping in tents

2013 CSJ Retreat

In partnership with the Community of St. John with Fr. Nathan Cromly as the Spiritual Director, we implemented the new Your Holy Family (YHF) retreat model. 250 attendees mostly camping in tents

2014 CSJ Retreat

In partnership with the Community of St. John with Fr. Nathan Cromly as the Spiritual Director. This retreat ministered to 400 attendees (50 families camping).

2014 SLCS Retreat

YHF worked with St. Laurence Catholic School in Sugar Land, TX to run a retreat for families. School families successfully ran subsequent family retreats.

2016 Texas Retreat for Families

Our First Your Holy Family Led Retreat. Fr. Nathan Cromly of the Community of St. John provided the Spiritual Leadership and YHF organized the leadership team and selected a new retreat facility in Huntsville, TX, no more camping!

2017 Texas Retreat for Families

This was our first year working with Fr. John Michael Paul CSJ and full scholarships were offered to Houston area families impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Providentially, internationally recognized speaker Robert Rogers was brought in to minister to these families.

Our first week long retreat for families. COR Expeditions partnered with Your Holy Family for the retreat logistics and content while COR added in the high adventure family activities. Christopher West gave several talks on the Theology of the Body as part of the retreat.

2018 Parish Retreat for Families

This retreat was run onsite at a parish in College Station Texas. Families attended all the events on the parish grounds and stayed at their homes overnight.

Our First Your Holy Family Retreat a the HEB Foundation Camps at the Frio River. Fr. John Michael Paul of the Community of St. John and Franciscan Fr. Richard Goodin provided the Spiritual Leadership.

This retreat featured a different family giving a witness for each of the six retreat talks. This is the model we strive for in all our retreats. The value of the witness of a faithful couple is very powerful and we have found that it is very effective in communicating God’s plan for family life.
